On March 31st 2020, Nurk FPV and Quadmovr independently published videos showcasing 12S miniquad builds. Nurk FPV showcased a 6″ 12S miniquad equipped with FPV, whilst Quadmovr showcased a 5″ miniquad flown LOS. Nurk FPV coined the term ‘monster’ to describe his 12S build and released a 2nd flight video using larger 7″ propellors. Quadmovr stated that two 6S batteries sized 500-650mAh would be more suitable than the current dual 1050mAh 6S setup (pictured below) but is not revealing any more details, such as the identity of the 12S capable 4-in-1 ESC.
